If you imported full text from an EndNote library into Zotero, you will likely see notes attached to each of your citations. These notes can be deleted from your Zotero library.
There is not a built-in function to delete all of the notes in bulk; however, if you follow these steps carefully, you can delete all notes from a collection at once.
- Open your Zotero application. Click the Search function.

- In the dialog box, perform a search:
- Collection --> is --> (Name of collection)
- Check the box for "Include parent and child items of matching items"
- Click Search, then click Save Search. Provide a name for the search (for example, Search1; these can be deleted later, so you can use whatever name you prefer).

- Your saved search (Search1) should now appear in your list of collections in your Zotero library.

- Next, click the Search function. In the dialog box, perform a two-step search:
- Match all of the following:
- Collection --> is --> Search1 +
- Item Type --> is --> Note
- Uncheck all boxes
- Click Search, then click Save Search. Enter a name for the search (for example, Search2).

- Your new saved search (Seach2) should now appear in your list of collections in your Zotero library.
- Select your second saved search collection, then select the first note and press Ctrl + A to select all the entries in that collection (for Mac, press Cmd + A). Right-click the first note and then select Move Items to Trash. If asked for confirmation, click OK.

- Now return to your main collection. All the notes should be removed from the citations. (If something went wrong, you can restore the deleted items in the Trash folder to your library and try again.)
- You can delete the Search1 and Search2 collections from your Zotero library.
