1. In EndNote, hold the Ctrl (or Command on a Mac) key and select the citations you want to insert.
2. In Microsoft Word, click the EndNote tab in the Word ribbon, then click the down arrow underneath Insert Citation. Click Insert Selected Citations. It will insert the references you selected in the EndNote application.
