The library currently has three rooms, (study rooms 1A, 1B, and 35) that can be reserved in advance for use by one person. Only current UHCL students and staff may use study rooms.  The study rooms do not have computers, so you would need to use your own laptop or borrow one from our laptop kiosk if you are taking an online test.

Neither Neumann Library nor the Testing Center offers proctoring services for current UHCL students.  Non-students may pay a fee to take a proctored test in the Testing Center.  The Harris County Public Library system, including Freeman Library, does offer free proctoring services.
