Neumann Library has 40 computer workstations available for public use.  The computers are all in public areas, not rooms for private single-person use.  The library cannot guarantee an environment free of distractions or noise.  However, three computers are available in the Silent Computer Room, where users are expected to be quiet.

Library study room 1A may be reserved in advance for use by an individual.  Only current UHCL students and staff may use study rooms.  The room does not have a computer, so you would need to use your own laptop or borrow one from UCT if you are taking an online test.

Neither Neumann Library nor the Testing Center offers proctoring services.  The Harris County Public Library system, including Freeman Library, does offer free proctoring services.
